Handmade challah & more
About me
Hi! My name is Maia Natanzon, I was born in Uruguay and I moved to Israel in 2016.

I made aliyah on my own, and when I first started baking, it was in tiny toaster oven at the "ulpan". It was my hobby and an activity that would fulfill me. As I began to meet more friends, I would invite them over, and the challah became a central feature of our dinner table. It reflected community and togetherness. The challot were a symbol of community and friendship.

I currently live in TLV and I love it! I live surrounded by young people from all over the world.

You can find me appreciating the reflection of Tel Aviv's diverse population on each bakery, the source of my inspiration.

This versatile and flavorful bread alouds me to experiment its combination with different spices, nuts, vegetables and pastes to create a unique version, perfect for any occasion. Whether you are celebrating a holiday or simply enjoying a weekend brunch, a fresh loaf of challa is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
